Rosterly è un'app per allenatori e istruttori che gestiscono atleti, quote, presenze e documenti. È progettata perché i dati restino sul dispositivo di chi la usa.
Quali dati tratta l'app
I dati che inserisci (nomi degli atleti e dei genitori, contatti, date di nascita, codice fiscale, pagamenti, presenze, foto e documenti come i certificati medici) sono salvati solo nella memoria privata dell'app sul tuo telefono. Non li riceviamo, non li vediamo e non abbiamo server che li conservano.
Sei tu il titolare del trattamento dei dati dei tuoi atleti: ti consigliamo di raccogliere il consenso delle famiglie come già fai per l'iscrizione.
Nessun account, nessun tracciamento
L'app non richiede registrazione e non contiene pubblicità né strumenti di tracciamento o profilazione.
Quando i dati escono dal telefono
- Quando tu invii un messaggio WhatsApp, un'email o condividi un PDF o un backup: il contenuto va all'app e al destinatario che scegli.
- Backup di sistema: se attivi il backup del telefono (Google o iCloud), il sistema operativo può includere i dati dell'app nel tuo backup personale, cifrato e legato al tuo account.
- Acquisti: gli abbonamenti sono gestiti da Apple App Store o Google Play tramite RevenueCat, che riceve un identificativo anonimo dell'acquisto e lo stato dell'abbonamento. Nessun dato dei tuoi atleti viene inviato.
Sicurezza
Puoi proteggere l'app con Face ID, impronta o codice del telefono. Eliminando l'app o usando "Cancella tutti i dati" i dati vengono rimossi dal dispositivo.
Come eliminare i tuoi dati
- Dati degli atleti: nell'app vai su Altro › Backup e ripristino › "Cancella tutti i dati", oppure disinstalla l'app. I dati sono solo sul telefono, quindi vengono rimossi subito e per sempre.
- Dati dell'abbonamento (identificativo anonimo dell'acquisto presso RevenueCat): scrivi a ciao@agerelab.online con oggetto "Eliminazione dati": li cancelliamo entro 30 giorni. Lo storico degli acquisti resta presso Google Play o Apple secondo le loro regole.
Minori
L'app è destinata agli adulti che allenano. I dati dei minori inseriti dall'allenatore restano sul suo dispositivo.

Rosterly is an app for coaches and instructors who manage athletes, fees, attendance and documents. It is built so that data stays on the user's device.
Data the app handles
Everything you enter (athlete and parent names, contacts, dates of birth, tax IDs, payments, attendance, photos and documents such as medical certificates) is stored only in the app's private storage on your phone. We do not receive or see it, and we have no servers that keep it. You are the controller of your athletes' data.
No account, no tracking
No sign-up is required, and the app contains no ads, analytics trackers or profiling.
When data leaves the phone
- When you send a WhatsApp message or email, or share a PDF or a backup file.
- Operating-system backups (Google or iCloud), if enabled, may include the app's data in your personal encrypted backup.
- Subscriptions are handled by the App Store or Google Play through RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous purchase identifier and the subscription status only.
Security
You can lock the app with Face ID, fingerprint or your phone passcode. Deleting the app or using "Erase all data" removes the data from the device.
How to delete your data
- Athlete data: in the app open More › Backup and restore › "Erase all data", or uninstall the app. The data lives only on the phone, so it is removed immediately and permanently.
- Subscription data (the anonymous purchase identifier held by RevenueCat): email ciao@agerelab.online with the subject "Data deletion" and we delete it within 30 days. Purchase history stays with Google Play or Apple under their own rules.
